How much is shipping?

Shipping within Korea is a flat rate of ₩0. International shipping is not currently available.

Can I return an artwork?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us at contact@kosmart.org to initiate a return.

How long does delivery take?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery within Korea takes 1–7 business days.

Are the artworks original works?

Yes. All artworks are original works by verified Korean artists participating in the SAF 2026 exhibition. Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable.

What is the purpose of artwork sales revenue?

Sales proceeds support the Korea Smart Cooperative artist mutual-aid fund, which provides low-interest loans to fellow artists trapped in predatory lending.

Are the artworks authentic?

Every piece is an original submitted directly by the artist and authenticated through gallery review. A signed certificate of authenticity is included; limited-edition works ship with edition numbers.

How does shipping work?

Domestic shipping is free. After payment, we inspect the work and pack it safely. Works that need custom framing may take 1-2 weeks because of the framing process, while works that do not need framing usually arrive within 3-4 days. Canvas and framed works receive double-layered protective packaging.

Can I return artwork I've bought?

Yes — within 7 days of receipt for any reason (round-trip shipping at buyer's expense). Damaged works are exchanged or refunded at no cost.

How are prices determined?

Artists set their own prices, and proceeds go directly to the artist without additional gallery commission. Prices range from ₩100,000 to ₩50,000,000.

How does buying art help other artists?

Sales proceeds accumulate as a mutual aid fund, providing low-interest loans to artists shut out by traditional finance. To date, 354 loans have been issued with a 95% repayment rate.

I'm new to collecting — where should I start?
